Delete
your data

How to delete your Alatomy account and everything in it, and what happens to your data when you do. Last updated 21 October 2026.

Delete it yourself (instant)

  1. Log in to your Alatomy account at alatomy.com/account/login, with Google, Discord, LINE or your password. It is the same account Alani on the web uses.
  2. Open Settings, scroll to Delete account, type your username to confirm, and press the button.

Before you delete, you can download everything we hold about you from the same page (Your data).

What is deleted

  • Your account: username, display name, email (if any), picture link, time zone and your logins (Google, Discord, LINE, password).
  • Everything you made in Alani: reminders, events, trackers and their history, calories, money entries, notes, meals, playlists, hearts, settings and the friends list.
  • Your sessions and notification addresses.
  • The songs you uploaded and your meal photos, which we keep in file storage. They are removed from storage as part of the deletion; if storage cannot be reached at that moment, the removal is retried until it works.

This cannot be undone.

What stays, for how long

  • A line in our security log that an account was deleted, with its internal id and the time. It holds no name, email or content.
  • Encrypted backups of the database still contain your data until they are replaced, in about four days.
  • Your friends no longer see you or anything you shared with them.

If you cannot log in

Email Khunanon.official@gmail.com from the address on your account (or tell us the username and how you logged in: Google, Discord or LINE) and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to prove the account is yours, for example by logging in once. We act on it within 14 days and tell you when it is done.

Logins from Google, Discord and LINE

Deleting your Alatomy account removes what we keep. It does not remove Alatomy from the list of apps you allowed in Google, Discord or LINE. To do that, open the connected apps (or authorized apps) page of that service and remove Alatomy. In LINE: Settings, Account, then Connected apps.
