Who we are

Alatomy is a small AI company based in Bangkok, Thailand. This policy covers the Alatomy account and the Alani services that use it. Contact: Khunanon.official@gmail.com.

What we store

• Your account: a username, a display name, your email address, a picture link, your time zone and language, and when the account was created and last used.
• How you log in: the identifier Google or Discord gives us for you (not your Google or Discord password, which we never see), and, only if you choose to add one, a password stored as a one-way hash.
• Your devices: for each login, a session record with a shortened IP address and the browser name, so you can see and end your sessions.
• A security log: events such as logins, failed logins and changes to your account.
• What you create in Alani: reminders, events and trackers, including health readings such as blood pressure or pill logs if you choose to record them. Music queues on a Discord server belong to that server and are not part of your account.

Why

To run your account and the services you use, to keep it secure, and to deliver the reminders you ask for. We do not show ads, we do not sell data, and we do not use your content to train models.

Who else is involved

• Google and Discord when you log in with them. Each tells us who you are; each has its own privacy policy.
• Our hosting provider runs the servers the data is stored on.
• Discord also delivers your Alani reminders and hosts our encrypted backup channel if you use the Discord bot.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you logged in. It is needed for the site to work and is not used for tracking. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

Backups

The database is copied every few hours to a private channel, encrypted, and the last 16 copies are kept. If you delete your account, it is removed from the live database straight away and disappears from the backups as they are replaced, in about four days.

Your choices

• See and download everything we hold about you: Settings, then Your data.
• Change your profile, logins and password in Settings.
• Delete your account and its data: Settings, then Delete account. You can also email us.

Security

Logins use industry-standard protocols, passwords are hashed, sessions can be revoked, and requests are rate-limited. No system is perfectly safe; if something goes wrong that affects you we will tell you.

Children

Alatomy accounts are not meant for children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell account holders.
